We are looking for an Individual who thrives on coaching and developing others, to understand their needs and deliver solutions to meet Customer financial goals and enhance overall financial wellbeing. 

Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and coaching to the team, enhance wellbeing while ensuring an excellent Customer experience, operational excellence and goal attainment.
  • Coach, mentor and lead Employees to deepen relationships and assist Customers on their financial wellbeing journey to advance their success.
  • Promote teamwork to encourage employee engagement and empower team members with the necessary knowledge, tools and resources to provide outstanding service. 
  • Demonstrate outstanding communication skills when providing professional responses to complex and/or sensitive topics and situations. Think creatively and use sound judgment when investigating and resolving situations, while striving to obtain an unbiased resolution and assure a high degree of member satisfaction.
  • Provide direction on all operational aspects of the branch, including audit procedures, cash handling, security, and compliance.
  • Provide visible leadership; network with businesses and community organizations to ensure the continued growth and presence to foster the cooperative spirit.
  • Expand and grow strong collaborative relationships among peers, departments, and community; encourage effective communication and collaboration.
  • Create a strategic vision to advance the success of the Branch and/or department that aligns with our Brand Promise, Balanced Scorecard and Strategic Initiatives.
  • Engage in open and honest conversations with Employees to ensure expectations are clear, hold accountable to expectations and impact plans. Work with Culture and Engagement on various performance issues as needed.
  • Ensure the safekeeping of company assets, including structures, equipment, employees, inventory, and cash. 
  • Be adaptable and remain flexible in the face of rapidly changing business needs.
  • Perform other duties and/or responsibilities as required or assigned.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
  • BA/BS or equivalent management experience required plus minimum 3 years of Leadership experience 
  • Proven passion for inspiring, developing, and leading people.
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically, independently and creatively to develop strategies and solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and environment.
  • Results focused with demonstrated strong sales skills and track record for sustained measurement of outcomes
  • Proven ability to support a positive working culture and building employee wellbeing.
