About this Opportunity: Responsible for the development of project and program development schedules in support of Program management and product development projects. Support execution of DoD funded projects, especially those programs that require resource loaded schedules and Earned Value Management. 

Responsibilities:
  • Provide Support during the establishment of company processes, procedures, and systems compliant to:
  • DI-MGMT-81861A, the DoD EVMS Interpretation Guide (2/18/15)
  • DoD IPMR Implementation Guide (2/5/16)
  • DoD Integrated Master Plan and Integrated Master Schedule Preparation and Use Guide (10/21/15)
  • MIL-STD-881
  • Perform critical project schedule development process in execution of large complex Combat vehicle development programs requiring the implementation of Earned Value Management (EVM) or EVM principles and practice.
  • Collaborate with Project Finance and the Scheduler/Finance Analyst to create and maintain monthly-consolidated dashboard.
  • Support Control Account Managers (CAM) in the development of resource loaded schedules, quantifiable back-up data (QBD), and performance reporting.
  • Provide training and assistance to Integrated Project Teams during schedule build to produce an IMS which will pass DCMA 14-point schedule analysis.
  • Support the Scheduler/Finance Analyst and Finance Analyst(s) management of the Program Management Baseline during Baseline Change Notice (BCNs), Rolling Wave and Re-Plans.
  • Support Scheduler/Finance Analyst and Finance Analyst(s) in providing insight during progress report preparation.
  • Undertake other duties as directed by the Managing Director, ARV or his/her delegate.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Accounting or Business Administration and minimum of 3+ years in Program Scheduling.
  • Preferred experience in DoD Contract Program Scheduling and NDIA PASEG and/or the DoD Integrated Master Plan and Integrated Master Schedule Preparation and Use Guide.
  • Proficient knowledge using Scheduling Software (MS Project, Deltek Open Plan, Primavara
  • Preferred experience with Earned Value Management and the implementation of compliant project financial reporting systems.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time. Occasional travel to Europe may be required.

Cynthia Karrandja
Senior Talent and Training Manager

Cynthia Karrandja is the Senior Talent and Training Manager at Centric Solutions Group (CSG). Cynthia has worked in the service industry her entire career, from successfully managing teams at multi-national chain restaurants to becoming a member of the management team at one of the world’s largest financial institutions, excelling at talent acquisition. She has consistently held a deep passion for helping others.

Cynthia joined CSG as a Talent Specialist, learning all recruitment and account management aspects. Her attention to detail, follow-up, and creating solid relationships are key in her role as Talent Manager. She prides herself on sharing her knowledge and mentoring others; and was quickly promoted to a leadership role as Training Manager. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the orientation process, onboarding, and training for all new and existing CSG team members. Cynthia also supports CSG’s Contract Staffing Division with extending agreements, onboarding, pre-employment screenings, and ensuring a successful candidate experience.  Cynthia collaborates with Centric’s other leaders to provide valuable input in driving the company forward.

Cynthia achieved her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Development from Oakland University. She resides in Shelby Township with her family and dogs, Phineas and Milo. Cynthia enjoys volunteering with Dream Dance Co., Utica Community School Programs, Oakland University’s School of Business Achieve Program, and local charities. She also enjoys traveling, cooking, and taking care of her family.
